The new dual surgical suite that treats abdominal aortic aneurysms recently opened at Harris Methodist Fort Worth Hospital and is featured in this week’s Fort Worth Business Press. The surgeon can start a procedure with the minimally-invasive technique, and then if complications arise, the suite can be converted instead of having to transport the patient from a catheterization lab to an operating room.

A recent Bob Miller column in The Dallas Morning News featured the new Center for Children and Families at The University of Texas at Dallas' School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences. The center will offer an array of clinical and community outreach activities.
