  • Cole Edmonson, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas chief nursing officer, discussed a regional effort to implement recommendations of an Institute of Medicine report on the future of nursing.
  • Kathy Baker, research consultant and clinical nurse specialist at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital, was named a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing. She is one of 1,500 fellows out of roughly 3 million nurses nationwide.
