Texas Health Advisory Services in Dallas Morning News

Feb. 23 editions of The Dallas Morning News included a story on Texas Health Advisory Services, the IT consulting service of Texas Health Resources’ Innovative Technology Services division. Steve Hanson, Texas Health senior executive vice president for system growth and integration, Ed Marx, chief information officer, and Nanda Lahoud, administrative director for value realization in ITS, were quoted. NOTE: The story incorrectly characterized Texas Health Advisory Services as “for profit” and as “competing with the likes of Dell” – neither of which is accurate.

Texas Health Dallas in National Nursing Publication

A research paper by Cole Edmonson, M.S., R.N., FACHE, NEA-BC, chief nursing officer at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, was featured on Nurseworld.org, the website of the American Nurses Association. The paper originally appeared in the Online Journal of Issues in Nursing. It’s one of the first research papers to look into moral courage among nurse leaders, from unit managers to nurse executives.

Texas Health Dallas on KRLD-AM

Jeannette Crenshaw, M.S.N., R.N., IBCLC, LCCE, NEA-BC, a nurse researcher and family educator at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, was featured in stories this week on KRLD-AM (1080). Crenshaw talked about the important of breast feeding and mom-and-baby bonding.
