Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas was mentioned in the business section of The Dallas Morning News on March 6. A story highlighted Communities Foundation of Texas, which supports various initiatives throughout Dallas, including education, youth, arts and culture, public safety and health care programs. In 2010, the foundation gave Texas Health Dallas and the Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center a $2 million grant for the county’s first comprehensive sexual assault treatment program and a sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE) training program.
