Texas Health Fort Worth on KXAS-TV, KTVT-TV

A story about a Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth high-risk delivery 21 years ago coming full-circle was featured April 13 on KXAS-TV (Ch. 5) and KTVT-TV (Ch. 11). Baby Faith was born in 1990 with a diaphramatic hernia. She was the first baby in Texas and the third nationally to survive after a complicated surgery and delivery. Baby Faith is now grown and delivered her first baby at Texas Health Fort Worth on April 11. Dr. Thomas Howard, high-risk OB/GYN on the medical staff at Texas Health Fort Worth, and Marcia Williams, R.N., labor and delivery nurse, both helped deliver Baby Faith many years ago and delivered her baby, Adelynn Grace. Both Howard and Williams were interviewed.

Texas Health Arlington Memorial in Dallas Business Journal

The Dallas Business Journal recently highlighted Donna Bertram, former chief nursing officer at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital, for earning the Marguerite Rodgers Kinney Award for a Distinguished Career, one of the highest honors given by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
