Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano’s 20th anniversary was featured recently in the fashion issue of ON Magazine. The two-page section features important moments in the hospital’s 20-year history as well as a picture of the first mother, Terrie McLain, with the first baby, Kelsey McLain (now 20), and Frances Hernandez, the Texas Health Plano nurse who helped deliver Kelsey.
