Texas Health Fort Worth on KXAS-TV

Dr. Darren Tate, OB/GYN on the medical staff at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, was interviewed by KXAS-TV (Ch. 5) about a key ingredient, drosperinone, that is in many popular birth control pills. This ingredient has recently come under fire by the Food and Drug Administration for possibly causing blood clots in a small group of women.
