Brian Conway, director of the Ben Hogan Sports Therapy Program at Harris Methodist Fort Worth Hospital, was interviewed by WBAP-AM (820) for an Aug. 28 story about injury prevention and staying hydrated in sports. Conway talked about the importance of continuous conditioning and staying hydrated while playing sports.
Football Player Continues to Recover at PHD
Harry Williams, a football player for the Houston Texans, sustained a serious neck injury Aug. 22 during a preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys. Williams was taken to Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, where Dr. Andrew Dossett, the Cowboys' team physicians and an orthopedic surgeon at PHD, performed surgery to treat the injuries. Williams remains at PHD where he continues to recover. Stories about Williams have appeared in publications across the country.
