PHD's Till in Dallas Child
Dr. Mark Till, chief of emergency medicine at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, is quoted in a story in the September edition of Dallas Child magazine. The story examines the prevalence and risks of "dry drowning." This summer, a 10-year-old boy in South Carolina died from fluid in his lungs — more than an hour after getting out of the pool.
