Texas Health Southwest Fort Worth in Fort Worth Business Press

A feature story in the Fort Worth Business Press on new ways hospitals are using robots featured the TUG robot pilot program at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth. Gretchen Hunt, M.S.N., R.N., ACNS- BC, the hospital’s director of critical care, progressive care, and medical/surgical units, was interviewed.

Texas Health Dallas in NeighborsGo

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas was featured in an article in the NeighborsGo section of The Dallas Morning News. The article highlighted the Sept. 27 screening of the film Hot Flash Havoc, which challenges many of the conclusions of the Women’s Health Initiative. Doctors say the report falsely concluded that hormone replacement therapy causes an increase in heart disease, osteoporosis, and colorectal and breast cancer. Following the movie, a panel discussion featuring experts from the hospital’s medical staff will answer viewers’ questions.
