The women’s services department at Harris Methodist Walls Regional Hospital was recognized in the Cleburne Times-Review for its donation of school supplies to Hannah House Maternity Home. Carol Saul, Labor and Delivery charge nurse, and Kathleen Harlow, director of nursing, women’s, children’s and critical care services discussed the outreach effort. The Cleburne Times-Review also recognized Harris Methodist Walls Regional Hospital’s Safe Sitter program and Marvin Cloud, a certified Safe Sitter instructor and trauma coordinator at the hospital.

PHD Oncology Program Recognized by Pulse Magazine
This month’s edition of Pulse magazine announces that Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas has received the highest accreditation for comprehensive cancer programs from the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. PHD received commendations in all nine categories for a community hospital to be designated an approved cancer center by the commission.
