North Texas and health care media reported Texas Health Resources’ and Adventist Health System’s agreement to form a joint venture company to own and manage Huguley Memorial Medical Center effective May 1. Texas Health CEO Doug Hawthorne and Chief Operating Officer Barclay Berdan were quoted.
