The current issue of Patient Safety & Quality Healthcare included a summary of Texas Health Resources’ initiative that uses “Best Practice” alerts in its electronic health record (EHR) to help reduce the risk of getting blood clots during hospital stays. Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth’s Emergency Care Center construction project was featured in Medical Construction & Design magazine.
