This week’s Fort Worth Business Press mentioned that Texas Health Resources was recognized by CIO magazine as a 2012 CIO 100 Awards recipient. Texas Health earned the honor for implementing barcode medication verification technology in its electronic health record. Texas Health is one of only five health systems or hospitals recognized in the 2012 CIO 100 Awards.
