Bringing Emergency Services to Burleson Texas Health Resources continuously strives to provide optimal health care to all patients.
Recognizing the community’s growing needs, Texas Health is expanding its Burleson Emergency Department (ED) to a freestanding clinic.
The Texas Health Burleson ED, which opened in September, provides the same exceptional services and emergency medicine practices that patients have come to expect from larger hospitals.
“We developed a full-service, freestanding ED on the Texas Health Burleson campus,” says Becky Tucker, facility
director at Texas Health Burleson. “The ED is staffed by the same physicians who currently practice in our Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth location. The completed expansion project gives the community increased access to emergency services and enhances the level of care and commitment provided by Texas Health.”
Equipped with advanced emergency equipment and technology, including access to an open magnetic resonance
imaging unit and a 32-slice computed tomography scanner, the new ED at Texas Health Burleson is able to meet a variety of emergency medical needs.
Other established services provided at Texas Health Burleson include:
• Advanced imaging
• Cardiac rehabilitation
• Educational center
• Fitness center
• Hand therapy
• Physical and sports therapy
• Physician offices
• Women’s diagnostics
The Texas Health Burleson campus is located at 2750 S.W. Wilshire Boulevard in Burleson. To learn more
