KAUFMAN, Texas — It only takes ‘A Minute to Win it’ at the first annual Children’s Fun Fest at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Kaufman. Proceeds from the event, set for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 31, benefit the American Heart Association.
Children of all ages are invited to attend and participate in numerous games and activities, including a 42-foot obstacle course and water slide. Prizes will be awarded to all game winners, and a grand prize drawing will be held at the end of the day for a Kindle Fire HD.
“We look forward to spending the day with the families in our community while raising funds to further the mission and work of the American Heart Association,” said Patsy Youngs, president of Texas Health Kaufman.
Admission is $10 per child, and lunch is available for $3 (hot dog, chips, a drink and dessert).
