Texas Health Springwood Hospital offers comprehensive evaluation, crisis management and treatment services for adolescents age 13 to 17 and adults 18 and older.
Texas Health Springwood Hospital and our five outpatient centers welcome referral calls from physicians, employee assistance programs, counselors, therapists, patients, families, and others who are concerned about the mental health and well being of an individual.
When a patient arrives at Texas Health Springwood Hospital or any of our centers, he or she will undergo a free evaluation and assessment. This allows our behavioral healthcare professionals to determine an individual's present symptoms and past psychiatric and medical history to establish the appropriate level of care for the patients.
Patient Referrals
Patients in crisis may be sent directly from a physican's office. Patients can walk in any time Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Patients can also make a scheduled appointment by calling any of our locations:
