Patient and Visitor Information

Welcome to the Cancer Center at Texas Heath Presbyterian Hospital Dallas.

Guided by our mission to improve the health of the people in the communities we serve, this section will answer many of the questions you may have about your visit to Texas Health Dallas.

Your First Appointment

We recognize that going to your first oncology appointment can be overwhelming that’s why Texas Health Dallas is pleased to offer valet parking at its main entrances. Many times this the most convenient option when arriving at our facility. The cost of valet parking is $2 — the same as parking in one of the garages located throughout our campus.

To find the closest entrance for your appointment, visit our Maps and Directions page, where you can get specific directions to each building on campus. As a service to our guests, trams run from our parking lots to the main hospital buildings. If you would like transportation, call the CAT at 214-345-7785 or stop by any valet stand.
