CareGate® Link provides patient information access to referring physicians

If you are a physician on the medical staff of a Texas Health Resources hospital with admitting privileges, you have access to your patient's information through CareGate®, Texas Health Resources' physician portal. CareGate® Link is a Web-based patient information access system that facilitates secure access to clinical and demographic patient information documented during a patient's encounter at a Texas Health hospital, including inpatient, outpatient and Emergency Department visit information. Referring physicians can even be automatically notified by e-mail, based on their individual preference, when one of their patients is admitted and/or discharged from a Texas Health entity.

  2. Select "New User Registration"
  3. Provide the information requested

Submitted information will be verified and the referring physician will receive an individual log on ID and password within a few days.
