Core Concepts is designed to accommodate EVERYONE no matter what the fitness level!
Adult Small Group: This 50-minute workout provides the one-on-one attention in your workout plan without the one on-one-price. Our small groups are designed for the fitness enthusiast that loves to test their limits with more advanced resistance and fat burning training methods. There are a variety of small groups offered, ranging from fat burning and suspension training, to a beginner program. Whatever your goals and needs may be, there is a program for you.
