Nearly a third of Americans suffer from chronic or persistent pain. Because traditional treatment measures often cannot provide substantive, long-term relief, the Pain Management Program at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford has been developed to provide innovative, effective pain management.
Here, patients can receive many different types of treatment procedures for pain management and pain relief. Should the need arise, individuals may benefit from treatment within a hospital setting.
The program is led by a medical director who is board certified in both pain management and anesthesia. Treatment for inpatient and outpatient needs are available 24 hours a day.
Treatment is available for all of the following:
- Neck pain/radicular pain
- Back pain/radicular pain
- Extremity pain
- Reflex sympathetic dystrophy (upper and lower extremity)
- Occipital headache
- Trigeminal neuralgia
- Neuroma nerve entrapment
- Oncologic pain
- Myofascial syndrome
- Muscle spasms
- Facet syndrome
- SI joint pain
