Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford offers around-the-clock acute inpatient rehabilitation for patients who have lost some of their physical capabilities due to stroke, illness, injury or surgery.

The inpatient unit provides comprehensive rehab services, including a medical assessment, skin care, bowel and bladder training, and medication education. Physical and occupational therapy sessions focus on daily living skills, and a speech therapist is also available if necessary.

Patients' daily schedules are personalized to help meet their individual functioning goals. Physical, occupational, and speech therapists work along with the physicians on the medical staff, nurses, social workers, and dietitians to help patients regain the skills they need for daily living.
