Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano offers many types of inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures. Operating Room of the Future 
Texas Health Plano was the first hospital in Texas to feature Hermes, a surgical system that controls many of the instruments used in the operating room by vocal commands, and AESOP 3000, a voice-controlled robotic arm capable of maneuvering and positioning an endoscope in minimally invasive procedures. Both enable surgeons more freedom with their hands during an operation, which allows them to focus on more crucial elements of the surgery.
