Roadmap to Recovery provided by Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital is designed to assist you with your recovery from a total joint replacement (hip and/or knee).

This is a one day class.

The class provides information on the following topics:

  • Pre-operative exercises
  • Walking with an assistive device
  • Home safety
  • Adaptive equipment
  • Discharge planning
  • Nursing care
