Lamaze - Fri/Sat

This class meets for four hours on Friday and eight hours on Saturday. This Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth weekend Lamaze series is a quick look at labor and delivery, as well as the early post-partum weeks. This is a class designed for couples who cannot take the multi-week series because of work schedule conflicts, etc. Breathing, relaxation, and massage are included, as well as pain management techniques and a hospital tour. There is a one hour lunch break on Saturday. Class will be held on Friday 6 - 10 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Participants will need to bring two pillows and a blanket with them to each session. Parking will be validated. Park in the Visitors Parking Garage and take the elevator to the Plaza Level. The glass doors will take you into the Education Center. Check the overhead monitor for the classroom location. If you register online and pay full price, no adjustments will be made. REFUND To receive a refund you must cancel your class two weeks prior to the start of the class. Refunds will not be permitted after 120 days after class registration. To reschedule your class, you must call two weeks prior to the start of the class to avoid a rescheduling fee.
