Lamaze - Weekday

This is a weekly series. This Lamaze series is designed to educate expectant parents on pregnancy as well as labor and birth options. A Lamaze Certified Instructor will provide information on active labor support participation, the birth process, hospital routines, breathing and relaxation, medication options, and labor/birth positions. A tour of the hospital is included. This class will be held once a week for 5 weeks in the evening. Participants need to bring two pillows and a blanket with them to each session to allow for comfortable practice time. This class will provide information on un-medicated birth with an emphasis on labor and birth rehearsal. Participants will need to bring two pillows and a blanket with them to each session. Parking will be validated. Park in the Visitors Parking Garage and take the elevator to the Plaza Level. The glass doors will take you into the Education Center. Check the overhead monitor for the classroom location. You are eligible for a discount if you plan to attend at least three prenatal classes. REFUND To receive a refund you must cancel your class two weeks prior to the start of the class. Refunds will not be permitted after 120 days after class registration. To reschedule your class, you must call two weeks prior to the start of the class to avoid a rescheduling fee.
