Lean Six Sigma Training
Lean Six Sigma is a set of techniques and tools for process improvement. It became famous when Jack Welch made it central to his successful business strategy at General Electric in 1995. Today, Lean Six Sigma is used in a variety of business sectors because the “tool kit” helps deliver better processes that improve work and make it easier to do the job well.
Texas Health Alliance is proud to offer our community partners a two-day course that focuses on 10-12 key tools that are guaranteed to help any industry succeed. We’ll spend two days discussing the Lean Six Sigma body of knowledge, as well as apply it to fun-filled activities and games.
Each community partner is encouraged to have two or three members participate with a goal of developing a project that will help improve our community in some way.
The lecture will be held at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance in Education Rooms A and B, Second Floor. Meals are included.
Seating is limited. If you find you are unable to attend, please call 1-877-THR-WELL (1-877-847-9355), so your seat can be released to someone on the waiting list.
