Prepared Childbirth
Texas Health Dallas is proud to join with Isis Parenting to offer classes, group sessions, and private consultations to help you prepare to welcome your new baby into your family. Parents can attend classes at five Babies “R” Us locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
This comprehensive program shares helpful, research-based information relevant to those planning to birth in the hospital setting. High-quality childbirth education reduces fear and anxiety for the mother-to-be and her partner before and during labor and promotes more confidence and participation in decision-making with caregivers. You only have your first baby once: Prepare and learn all you can!
This class meets in a 7-hour single session.
