Prepared Childbirth - Sunday

This is a one day class. Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Stephenville has designed this course that condenses your childbirth education into an informative, one-day class. This class is designed to educate expectant parents on pregnancy, birth options and labor and delivery. A Lamaze Certified Instructor will provide information on active labor support participation, the birth process, hospital routines, breathing and relaxation, medication options, and labor/birth positions. This informative one day class will also provide information about cesarean births, newborn and postpartum care. A tour of the Birdsong Women's Center is provided. Please bring two pillows and a blanket with you to class. We suggest taking this class during your third trimester. We highly recommend that you finish all of your childbirth classes at least three to four weeks prior to your due date. REFUND To receive a refund you must cancel your class two weeks prior to the start of the class. Refunds will not be permitted after 120 days after class registration. To reschedule your class, you must call two weeks prior to the start of the class to avoid a rescheduling fee.
