Yoga for Women
Many women are living and working in a body with which they rarely connect. This six week, one hour class will focus on women's wellness, offering a safe and supportive environment to discover themselves. Learn to balance the body and mind through yoga postures and breathing techniques, and at the same time build strength and flexibility. Move your body with a new awareness of its beauty, and tune into the capacity to self heal. Take time to relax, refresh, and re-energize.
This class is open to women of all ages and skill levels, but is not recommended during pregnancy. If you are pregnant, please take our Prenatal Yoga class for your special needs and instruction.
Please bring a yoga mat to class, and dress comfortably.
This class is held in the Rehab Gym in Medical Office Building 2. The entrance faces Midway Road. The gym is on the right side of the lobby.
To receive a partial refund you must cancel your class two weeks prior to the start of the class. Refunds will not be permitted after 120 days of class registration. A processing fee is charged on all refunds. To reschedule your class you must call two weeks prior to the start of the class to avoid a rescheduling fee.
There will not be any refunds for missed classes during the six week sessions.
If bad weather occurs on the day of your scheduled class, please call 972-981-3948 and listen to the recorded message to find out if your class is cancelled.
