The Texas Health HEB Development Council is a volunteer group of goodwill ambassadors. Members include community and business leaders, employees, and medical staff members who serve as a working link between the hospital and the community. The Texas Health HEB Development Council conducts programs that communicate, cultivate, solicit, and recognize specific healthcare needs of the community.
Through the years, almost constant changes have occurred in the delivery of health care services as well as in the funding of these services. Some of the changes have included rapid advances in new technology, the creation of needed services, and changing levels of state and federal reimbursement. Therefore, the Texas Health HEB Development Council was formed to assist Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford in providing strong support so that the tradition of caring can continue.
At each meeting, there are opportunities to learn about the services available at our hospital. Most importantly, members learn about exciting plans for the hospital's future and meet key physicians and staff who strive to make the hospital the best it can be for the community.
