Title   HUD Study - Coronary Stent for Cardiac Arterial Perforation (Heart / Stent)
Description   This is not a research study, the Humanitarian device, JoStent Graftmaster coronary stent will be used in the event of a cardiac arterial perforation. The device is a small tube that can be placed in an artery allowing the physician to seal the arterial wall and reduce bleeding or death.

Inclusion/Notes   INCLUSION:
  • This is not a research study Patients who have a arterial perforation and there is minimal risk for long term anticoagualtion therapy.

EXCLUSION:
  • Patient who has allergies to surgical stainless steel and are unable to receive antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy.

  • Placement must be select for patients having history of vascular complications, bleeding events or high risk for thrombosis. This device could increase the risk of such complication.
