JOSTENT Coronary Graft and JOSTENT GraftMaster for the Treatment of Free Perforation in Native Coronary Vessels or Saphenous Vein Bypass Grafts > or = to 2.75 mm in Diameter
Description
This is not a research study. The Humanitarian device, JoStent Graftmaster coronary stent ,will be used in the event of a cardiac arterial perforation. The device is a small tube that can be placed in an artery allowing the physician to seal the arterial wall and reduce bleeding or death. The patient will be closely monitored per cardiac and anesthesia protocol.

Inclusion/Notes
INCLUSION:
Patients who have an arterial perforation and there is minimal risk for long term anticoagualtion therapy.
EXCLUSION:
Patients who have allergies to surgical stainless steel and are unable to receive antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy. Placement must be select for patients having history of vascular complications, bleeding events or high risk for thrombosis. This device could increase the risk of such complication.
