Comparsion between serum C-reactive Protein (CRP) concentrations and Erythrocytes Sedimentation Rate (ESR) in Adults with Suspected Inflammation
Description
The purpose of this study is to conduct a retrospective analysis of ESR and CRP results in patients at THD in whom these tests were performed simultaneously (defined as on the same calendar day during 2010 or 2011).

Inclusion/Notes
INCLUSION:
Male and Female age 18 and above.
Inpatient and outpatient.
Simultaneous (same day) CRP and ESR measurement in patients with clinically suspected inflammation by physician ordering test.
EXCLUSION:
Measurement of highly sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) instead of standard, inflammatory CRP.
