Title	Antibiotic Loaded Calcium Sulfate Pellets for Treatment/Prevention of Orthopedic Infections (Orthopedics / Infection)
Description	The primary objective of this retrospective study is to analyze data from patients who were administered an antibiotic-loaded calcium sulfate pellet for either the treatment or prevention of orthopedic-related biofilm infections. Evaluation of this data is intended to compare the efficacy of different antibiotic carriers.

Inclusion/Notes	INCLUSION: All patient cases utilizing antibiotic-loaded calcium sulfate pellets in the treatment of osteomyelitis, infected total joints, and prophylaxis against infection. EXCLUSION: Clinical cases in which no calcium sulfate pellets were used as an antibiotic carrier.
