ZUMBA Toning
ZUMBA Toning is a muscular endurance class which helps to sculpt and give muscle definition. This is a great "next" class for students who have taken ZUMBA for awhile and want to pump up the party. You still have the flavor of ZUMBA, and all of the similar steps; you're just adding slower arm movements into the mix. A lot of ZUMBA Toning relies on your mind, visualizing the muscle and squeezing it while you're moving your legs faster.

All fitness levels are welcome in each class. Modifications will be shown.
