Body Blitz
A 30- to 40-minute express workout. Class format includes abdominals, lower body, upper body, circuit workout, strength and coordination, and core conditioning and flexibility. Something different every class: Make the most of your time in this intense, total body sculpting class that squeezes a 60-minute workout in 30 to 40 minutes.

Boot Camp
Bring your energy for a challenging variety of cardio, muscular strength and endurance moves to pump up your day.

Cardio and Core
Interval class of various cardio moves with core training for a total body workout.

Coreblast Strength
It's called the Core Pole, but it works much more than just your core! Designed like an old-fashioned May pole, it's a vertical pole with bands that pull out from the center. The number of exercises you can do with the core pole is endless, from your arms to abs to triceps and thighs — in varying degrees of difficulty from beginner to advanced. Give it a try!

Cycle Blitz
20 minutes cycle and 20 minutes muscle work

Our low impact class is designed for any fitness level from beginner through advanced.  We teach different levels of intensity so that everyone can participate.

Hit the Trail
Want a cardio workout or to train for a fun run? Your instructor will find several 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons for you to consider and will train with you. Walkers are most definitely welcome! Due to the summer heat, class runs fall through spring only.

Lifestyle Conditioning
A conditioning class designed to aid in your daily tasks of livinng. Functional strength training with an emphasis on postural form, alignment, strength and flexibility. Geared towards keeping you healthy and safe as you enjoy life!

Low Impact
An alternative to other aerobic workouts with high intensity moves.  It is a great cardio workout with a lot of movement.

This class focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the overall body, but doesn't build bulk. More than just exercise, Pilates is a series of controlled movements to engage one's body and mind.  It can be done by someone at any level of fitness.

Power Pump
60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

Silver Sneakers® Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Regular members and Silver Sneakers members are welcome in this fun class.

Total Body Workout
Combine cardiovascular exercise, circuit style, with strength conditioning.

This class focuses on correct breathing, stretching and toning muscles, balance and relaxation.

ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes creating a dynamic and effective fitness workout. Classes feature aerobic/interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

This class is designed for beginners and seniors. A great workout for all populations!

ZUMBA Toning
ZUMBA Toning is a muscular endurance class which helps to sculpt muscle and give your muscle pretty definition. This is a great "next" class for students who have taken Zumba for a while and want to pump up the party. You still have the flavor of Zumba, and all of the similar steps; you’re just adding slower arm movements into the mix. A lot of ZUMBA Toning relies on your mind; visualizing the muscle and squeezing it while you're moving your legs faster.
