Occupational therapists with experience and certification in hand therapy provide direct therapeutic interventions, custom-made splints and preventative services to post-operative and non-operative upper extremity patients.
Therapy is available for cumulative trauma disorders, post-operative upper extremity joint replacements and scar management. Other commonly treated conditions include upper-extremity fractures, ligament injuries, tendonitis, ganglion cyst removal, Dequervain's Syndrome, Dupuytren's Disease, burns, wounds and amputations.
