Notice to Patients
Patients at any Texas Health Resources facility are encouraged to voice concerns about care or safety to their doctor or hospital caregivers. Should such a patient receive an unsatisfactory response, he or she is encouraged to share their concerns by contacting hospital management.
If by following this process the patient is unable to resolve his or her concerns, the patient may contact The Joint Commission (TJC).
