Print out this handy weight chart and tape it to the back of your bathroom door. Weigh yourself each morning, and record your weight and heart failure zone. If you gain three pounds or more in one day or five pounds or more in one week, call your doctor. You may need a medication adjustment to reduce fluid buildup.
