Michael Stoltz

Michael Stoltz, M.D., was chosen to lead the Texas Health Resources Organization for Physicians in early 2008.

As president of the newly formed entity, Dr. Stoltz will offer opportunities for physician alignment including membership in the Texas Health medical staff organization for physicians, physician services contracting, independent practice association relations and physician employment. The entity also will offer a variety of services from a Texas Health joint venture management services organization.

Stoltz served on the Texas Health Harris Methodist Fort Worth medical staff. His roles at there included stints as chief of internal medicine from 1993 to 1994, chief of staff from 2002 to 2003 and a member of the Board of Trustees from 2000 to 2005. He also served two terms as chairman of Texas Health's Physician Leadership Council. In addition, he was a partner at Dialysis Associates P A. 

Stoltz started as a medical intern at the University of Missouri Medical Center. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Parkland Memorial Hospital and finished a clinical fellowship in nephrology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
