Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth Appoints New Human Resources Director|
FORT WORTH, Texas — Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth administrators appointed Leanna Nalley, SPHR, as the new director of human resources. Nalley brings more than 20 years of experience to the position.
In her new role as director, Nalley will be responsible for all aspects of human resources operations including policy development, workforce planning, regulatory compliance, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development, retention and engagement. She will also oversee volunteer services and the hospital gift shop.
Before joining Texas Health Southwest, Nalley served as director of human resources for North Vista Hospital in Las Vegas, Nev., for eight years. Prior to that, she was a managing partner for Excel Human Resource Development from 1999 until 2003 and the vice president of human resources for Silver State Schools Federal Credit Union from 1992 until 1999. She also served as human resources manager for San Diego Diagnostic Radiology Medical Group from 1990 until 1992.
Nalley received her bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico. She earned a certificate in human resources management from the University of California in 1990 and was designated a senior professional in human resources by the Society for Human Resources Management in 1994.
