U.S. News and World Report Ranks Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano Among Region’s Best|
PLANO, Texas — Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano ranked No. 5 on U.S. News & World Report’s 2011 annual rankings of the best hospitals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Texas Health Plano was ranked as a high performer in four specialties.
“Recognition for high-performing care isn’t something that happens overnight or without the dedication and support of many caregivers,” said Dr. Jeffrey Canose, president of Texas Health Plano. “Our employees and physicians on the medical staff place a high priority on quality improvement efforts to so that our patients are receiving top notch care each time they visit our facility.”

Texas Health hospitals were among 19 in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to appear in the metro-area rankings, which are based on reputation, clinical excellence and a mix of care-related factors such as nursing and patient services.
