Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth Employee Receives Highest Honors for Health Information Management|
FORT WORTH, Texas — Diann Brown, director of health information services at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, was recognized as the 2011 Distinguished Member during the 75th annual Texas Health Information Management Association (TxHIMA) conference held recently in Arlington, Texas.
She received the award for exhibiting a long and exceptional history of making significant contributions to the field of Health Information Management (HIM) over many years. The award is the highest honor that can be achieved by a TXHIMA member.
Brown has served as the director of health information services at Texas Health Fort Worth for more than 10 years.
