2013 Medical Staff Officers Named at Texas Health Plano|
PLANO, Texas — Emergency room medical director and physician Dr. Lawrence Hum has been named president of the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano medical staff. More than 1,200 physicians serve on the Plano hospital’s medical staff.

“It’s a pleasure to serve among my dedicated colleagues to focus on providing quality care to each patient at Texas Health Plano,” Hum said. “I look forward to initiatives that will enable physicians to work closely with hospital employees to improve outcomes for our patients.”
In addition to Hum, Dr. Gwen Webster has been named president elect. Dr. David Park is secretary and treasurer. Dr. Dean Cione is immediate past president.
