HMHEB’s Ramona Osburn Elected to Tarrant County Mental Health Association Board of Directors|
BEDFORD, Texas – Ramona Osburn, director of behavioral health services at Harris Methodist Springwood Hospital, the mental health and addiction treatment facility of Harris Methodist H•E•B Hospital, was elected to the Tarrant County Mental Health Association's Board of Directors.
Osburn received her undergraduate degree in business management from Excelsior College at the State University of New York and her master's in business administration from Texas Woman's University. She has served as the manager of operations for Harris Methodist Springwood Hospital since 2000. Prior to joining Springwood, Osburn served as managing partner of CC Enterprises from 1992 through 2000.
