HMHEB Names Lee Mulvey as Director of Human Resources|
BEDFORD, Texas - Harris Methodist H•E•B Hospital has named Lee Mulvey as its new director of human resources. Mulvey previously served in the same position at Harris Methodist Southwest Hospital, where he oversaw a 250 percent growth in staffing, thanks to a $120 million capital expansion, while improving both employee satisfaction and retention.
Mulvey has 20 years of management experience. He is designated a senior professional in human resources by the Society for Human Resources Management, and is a certified behavioral interview trainer. Mulvey is currently pursuing a bachelor of arts in communications at the University of Texas at Arlington.
