HMHEB Names New Director of Behavioral Health Services

BEDFORD, Texas – Harris Methodist H•E•B Hospital has named Ramona Osburn the new director of behavioral health services for Harris Methodist Springwood Hospital, its mental health and addiction treatment facility.

Osburn received her undergraduate degree in business management from Excelsior College at the State University of New York and her master's in business administration from Texas Woman's University. She has served as the manager of operations for Harris Methodist Springwood Hospital since 2000. Prior to joining Springwood, Osburn served as managing partner of CC Enterprises from 1992 through 2000.
