Texas Health Denton Nurse Practitioner Wins Award for Excellence in Perinatal Nursing|

DENTON, Texas — A valued member of the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton family, Robin Henson, DNP, RN, CPNP-PC, was recently presented with the Texas Excellence in Perinatal Nursing Award by the March of Dimes - Texas Chapter.
The purpose of the award is to recognize and encourage excellence within the areas of perinatal clinical practice, education, research, community and program development.
For the past two years, Henson has worked as the director of the Cuddle Care Health Clinic which provides health care services to medically underserved infants born in Denton County. The March of Dimes chose to recognize her because she actively demonstrates a commitment to reach beyond her job expectations to make a difference in the lives of mothers and babies.
