Texas Health Dallas Names New Vice President|
DALLAS — Virginia Rose has been named vice president of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. Rose, a longtime veteran of the health care industry, will focus on a variety of projects to support hospital operations at Texas Health Dallas, including evaluating strategy and business development as well as service line enhancement.
Rose brings 20 years of health care experience to the table, most recently as the strategic development officer with Medical City Hospital in Dallas. In that role, Rose was responsible for the planning and coordination of organizational strategy — including business development, physician recruitment, strategic marketing and communications, and community giving.
Rose has a master’s degree in business administration from Dallas Baptist University and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is also the chair of the 2010 Texas Diversity and Leadership Conference and is a member of the Texas Hospital Association, World Affairs Council, Society of Healthcare Strategy and Market Development and the Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Association.
