Huguley Memorial Medical Center 11801 South Freeway (Interstate 35W) Burleson, Texas 76028
Huguley Memorial Medical Center is a joint venture involving Texas Health Resources and the Adventist Health System that includes a 213-bed acute-care hospital with two intensive care units, a progressive care unit, an open heart surgery center, a behavioral health center and a 24/7 emergency department. It is operated by Adventist Health System and Texas Health holds a majority ownership share.
Huguley Memorial Medical Center is located just south of the Fort Worth city limits at 11801 South Freeway (Interstate 35W) in Burleson, Texas.
The facility opened in February 1977.

Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery Plano 6020 West Parker Road Plano, Texas 75093
The Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery Plano (THCDS) is a joint venture specialty diagnostic and surgical hospital involving Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano, members of the physician community, and Texas Health Resources.
The center is located on the Texas Health Plano campus. Texas Health Resources holds a majority ownership share.
THCDS Plano opened in December 2004.

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake 1545 E. Southlake Boulevard Southlake, Texas 76092
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake is a joint venture involving physicians, Texas Health Resources and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford.
The facility is a short-stay specialty hospital with six surgical suites and six acute-care beds. Texas Health Resources holds a majority ownership share.
Texas Health Southlake opened in October 2004.

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound 4400 Long Prairie Road Flower Mound, Texas 75028
Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound is a joint venture involving physicians and Texas Health Resources.
The facility is a full-service, 103-bed acute-care hospital with more than 150 physicians on the medical staff. More than 90 local physicians joined in partnership to build Texas Health Flower Mound. Texas Health Resources holds a majority ownership share.
Texas Health Flower Mound opened in April 2010.

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall 3150 Horizon Road Rockwall, Texas 75032
Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall is a joint venture involving Texas Health Resources and physicians.
It is a full-service hospital with 44 medical/surgical beds and six ICU beds. The venture includes more than 60 physicians from Rockwall and Rowlett. Texas Health Resources holds a majority ownership share.
Texas Health Rockwall opened in late 2007.

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital–WNJ 500 N. Highland Sherman, Texas 75092
Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital–WNJ, formerly Wilson N. Jones Medical Center of Sherman, Texas, is a joint venture involving Texas Health Resources and LHP Hospital Group Inc.
The facility is a full-service, 241-bed acute-care hospital that has served the health care needs of the Sherman area since 1914. Texas Health holds a majority ownership share and LHP manages operation of the hospital. Texas Health and LHP share governance of the facility.

Texas Health Surgery Center Denton, is a joint venture involving Texas Health Resources and physician investors.
Texas Health Surgery Center Denton is an ambulatory surgery center designed exclusively for outpatient surgery. Texas Health owns a majority share and it is managed by Texas Health Partners.

Texas Institute for Surgery at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas 7115 Greenville Avenue, Ste. 100 Dallas, TX 75231
The Texas Institute for Surgery at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas is a joint venture with physicians and Value Management Group.
The facility has nine operating rooms, three pain management or specialty treatment rooms, and nine in-patient beds.
Texas Health holds a majority ownership share in the Texas Institute for Surgery and the facility is operated by Value Management Group.
The institute opened in October 2004.

USMD Hospital at Arlington is a joint venture involving Texas Health Resources, physicians and MatRX. It is an acute-care, short-stay hospital with 16 in-patient suites and an 18-bed Day Surgery Unit that serves the needs of residents in and around the greater south Arlington area.
Texas Health Resources holds a majority ownership share in USMD Hospital at Arlington and the facility is operated by MatRX.
USMD Arlington opened in 2003.

USMD Hospital at Fort Worth 5900 Dirks Road Fort Worth, Texas 76132
USMD Hospital at Fort Worth is a joint venture involving Texas Health Resources, physicians and MatRX. It is an acute-care, short-stay hospital with six surgical suites designed to accomodate various procedures, and eight private inpatient suites for overnight stays.
Texas Health Resources holds a majority ownership share in USMD Hospital at Fort Worth and the facility is operated by MatRX.
USMD Fort Worth opened in March 2008.

Texas Rehabilitation Hospital 425 Alabama Avenue Fort Worth, Texas 76104
Texas Rehabilitation Hospital is a 50-bed acute rehabilitation hospital in the Fort Worth medical district designed for patients recovering from major illnesses, traumas or surgeries. Specialized treatment programs are offered for patients recovering from Stroke, Brain Injury, Neurological conditions, Trauma, Spinal Cord Injury, Amputation and Orthopedic Injury.
Texas Health Resources and Nashville-based Centerre Healthcare Corp. developed the 59,000-square-foot facility.
Texas Rehabilitation Hospital opened in May, 2011.
